GLPi is an ITSM tool that allows companies to simply manage and structure their IT services and processes. Amongst many other features, the solution gives access to a multi-user support and a direct helpdesk request function for users. It also allows organizations to make a full inventory of all the company’s connected equipment.
Since 2009 and for 6 years, Teclib’ worked on new features development and code commitment, as a unique GLPi Platinum Partner. Its team also contributed to 2% of the annual revenue of GLPi integration projects, until the Community named Teclib’ as the official Editor and Leader of the GLPi open source software project, in 2015.
The same year, Teclib’ decided it was time to think bigger, expanding its Network of Professionals and Partners at an international scale. Consequently, opening up the boundaries led Teclib’ to TechExpert, a company considered as an expert in the implementation of ITSM processes and in the development of solutions based on GLPi software.
