Teclib’ announces its merger with Auguria company, an IT consulting company for SMEs and SMIs. This strategic merger places Teclib’ as a competitive and innovative company within Open Source solutions and ERP market. Alongside obvious economic outlook, this alliance strengthens Teclib’s presence in France and mainly in the Pays de la Loire thanks to the acquisition of Auguria, a company native from Nantes.
Partners for many years, the companies’ merger is today the result of a strategic complementarity.
Teclib’ already present on the ERP market since 2009 with Dolibarr, a free technology, and more recently with Odoo (Open ERP) in 2014, strengthens its team with the Auguria company acquisition. The latter, specialized in the e-commerce and free ERP since 2006, has consolidated its position thanks to a team of Magento, Odoo, Dolibarr, EZ-Publish, Prestashop, Joomla or WordPress experts.
This merger was an opportunity to reorganize Teclib’s activities into 8 Business Units as the company is completing its offer with the core activity of Auguria: ERP and BI integration.
The Teclib’s hosting department takes over the whole Auguria hosting in order to provide new and more efficient solutions to users. Teclib’s longtime clients won’t be outdone since they will benefit from an enhanced offer on the web, e-commerce and ERP.
In terms of turnover, the group should expect to exceed €4 millions in 2015 after completing a €2.7 millions in 2014.
Pascal Aubry, Teclib’s President and Cyrille Lambert, Director of Auguria’s division, added: «We both believe in the virtuous circle of good relation at all levels: between our clients and us, of course, but also with our partners and collaborators. This merger is a decisive impetus to Teclib’ and Auguria, and we are delighted to begin this new adventure!»
Teclib’ is a free digital and eco-friendly solution provider. The group has nowadays a wide offer, organized around 8 Business Units: Auguria (ERP and BI integration); Intélib’ (free software integration, including collaborative messaging service and ITSM); SerenIT (hardware and managed services); Teclib’ Training (extended training catalog of free and open source software); Linklib’ (Internet service provider, network, voice over IP); Teclib’ Hosting (PAAS, IAAS, SAAS and DAAS hosting); Web communication agency; and DevLib’ (group subsidiary specialized in software publishing).
