These terms and conditions apply to the business relation between the Client and the Editor (as identified further below), arising from the Client requesting the Editor to provide certain corporate and management services. Any order placed in any of our offices, by internet or by any other means, shall constitute a binding agreement of these terms & conditions between the Client and the Editor.
DEFINITIONS
“The Editor” means Teclib’, a company, registered in France and it also includes any subsidiary or branch of Teclib’, which provides services to the client or the company.
“Software” means any or several of the following: GLPI Network, Kimios DMS, Flyve MDM, Odoo, Limpid, Secure Access, Training sessions, any IT related services and support, Partnership agreements, Registered Member agreements, Marketing agreements, administrative and managerial work and any other corporate services of similar nature that the Editor agrees to provide.
“Services” means any or several of the following: Web Agency (Buy the Way), Cloud (SerenIT), Open Source Solution Integrator (AlternIT), Trainings (Teclib´) any other corporate services of similar nature that the Editor agrees to provide.
“Research” means any or several of the following: SATIE project, MASSE projet, Uhuru Mobile, Armadito Antivirus, Ravada VDI any other corporate services of similar nature that the Editor agrees to provide.
“Company” means any company beneficially owned by the client for which services are provided by the Editor.
“Client” means the beneficial owner(s) of the company and/or the person(s) who has(ve) requested the Editor to provide services. It also means any person the client may represent in the case of a group (all such persons jointly and separately).
“Contact Form” means the standard contact form posted on the Editor’s website https://www.teclib-edition.com/en/contact-us/ or other format of the same form submitted by the client to the Editor before beginning and providing services.
“Communication” means any communication between the Editor and the client by any of the following methods: (a) email or other message or form posted through the internet; (b) fax; (c) courier or mail delivery, any of the above being addressed to the last known or notified address of the recipient.
I. GENERAL NOTES
Complaints Procedure
The management of the company wishes to remain open to well-founded complaints in order not to only resolve them efficiently, but also to improve our service at large. Complaints are usually handled by the office manager, however if you have a complaint that cannot be resolved, you can write an email to our complaint resolution department.
Complaints can be lodged in writing to the office with the envelope marked personal and confidential.
Please substantiate any complaints with precise facts, dates and names if you want us to be able to act on your complaint. Any vague complaints or unconstructive insults will be discarded without follow-up. We will attempt to answer or resolve any complaint within a maximum of 3 days.

Secure Access

Uhuru Mobile
Secure operating system for Android-based smartphones, tablets, PCs and applications.
Uhuru analyzes, controls and protects against malware and vulnerability exploits.
Armadito Antivirus
Open source antivirus and anti-malware software for desktop (computers) and servers. It analyses your system, detects viruses, identify malware codes, and last but not least: it protects and strengthens your network.
Ravada VDI
Ravada is a project that allows users to connect to a virtual desktop. It is a VDI broker. Its back-end has been designed and implemented in order to allow future hypervisors to be added to the framework.
SATIE project
SATIE project will create new ‘Security Operation Centre’ philosophies for inclusion in a comprehensive airport security policy. SATIE will develop an interoperable toolkit that will help improve cyber-physical correlations, forensic investigations and dynamic impact assessment at airports.
MASSE projet
The objective of the MASSE project is to develop a protection infrastructure hosted within the company or organization to be protected. This project has several innovative aspects and guarantees a very rapid response to a targeted cyber attack while offering guaranteed independence from third-party publishers to users of the solution.

V. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Your obligations under this agreement
We provide you services with the understanding that you have supplied us with true and accurate instructions and that you have given us the authority to lawfully carry out those instructions. You warrant that you are acting on your own authority or have the authority of your client to instruct us in this regards.
While identifying officers to the company, you fully warrant that you have the legal consent of those officers, and you agree to indemnify us in the case of a conflict with the directors. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide us.
Our obligations under this agreement
We will take reasonable steps to insure that our website is as complete and precise as possible and to protect your privacy. We will protect your private data and will never stock any information without strong encryption and following PCI-DSS guidelines.
Force Majeure
We shall in no case be liable to you for any breach of the terms and conditions or any failure to provide or delay in providing our services through our site resulting from any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, breakdown of systems or network access, fire, explosion or accident or any “acts of God”.
Exclusions and Limitations
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website.
